CityView
Bengaluru, India
A landmark 1.5 million sq ft mixed-use development comprising the Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru, India’s first Four Seasons Private Residences, premium corporate offices, and curated luxury retail.
Strategically located at the gateway to Bengaluru’s central district, the project features three towers set amidst landscaped gardens. The North and South Towers house the branded private residences, while the West Tower is dedicated to boutique office space. A ground-level retail promenade completes the urban composition.

Canary Wharf
London, UK
Canary Wharf is a landmark 15 million sq ft commercial and mixed-use development that has transformed London’s Docklands into a globally recognized financial district. Developed by Olympia & York, the project redefined East London’s skyline with its iconic towers, world-class infrastructure, and vibrant public realm.
Senior members of the Westcourt team served in key development management roles within Olympia & York’s core group driving delivery across multiple phases of the project.

Enderby Riverside
London, UK
Westcourt Real Estate acted as Development Advisor to Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds (MSREF) for the Enderby Riverside project, a landmark mixed-use waterfront development in London.
Anchored by a world-class cruise terminal, the project envisions a vibrant new destination combining commercial, residential, hospitality, and leisure components. Westcourt’s role encompassed strategic development input across land use planning, phasing, commercial viability, and design development. The engagement also included coordination with local stakeholders, infrastructure agencies, and planning authorities to unlock long-term value for the site.
Positioned along the River Thames, Enderby Riverside represents a transformative regeneration opportunity, enhancing connectivity, public realm, and economic activity in this key part of the city.

Milan, Italy
One of Europe’s largest brownfield redevelopment programs, MilanoSesto is a landmark transit-oriented, mixed-use urban district featuring offices, student housing, residential neighborhoods, healthcare, and green infrastructure. The project emphasizes sustainability, social inclusion, and innovation-driven placemaking.

Fenchurch Street
London, UK
A landmark 36-storey office-led development totaling 645,000 sq. ft. in the heart of the City of London, at the southern edge of the City’s iconic tower cluster. The project delivers best-in-class commercial space with strong ESG credentials, integrating high-spec workspaces, generous green areas, and the sensitive restoration of historic structures to create a new architectural anchor in London’s core.

The Manor Hotel
New Delhi, India
Located within a serene garden estate in South Delhi’s Friends Colony, The Manor is regarded as Delhi’s first boutique hotel. Originally constructed in the 1950s, the property was repositioned in the mid-1990s as a design-led urban retreat, setting a new benchmark for boutique hospitality in India.
In 2018, The Manor underwent a comprehensive refurbishment. The revived hotel features 12 bespoke guest rooms and suites, a fine dining restaurant, a European café, curated retail and event spaces, and dedicated wellness facilities—reaffirming its status as a sought-after destination for global travellers and discerning Delhiites alike.

UK
A landmark waterfront regeneration project aimed at transforming Victoria Quay into a vibrant mixed-use marina district. The development integrates residential, hospitality, retail, and public realm elements, with a focus on placemaking, waterfront activation, and long-term asset value.

Distressed Asset Portfolio Advisory
Pan-India
Westcourt was engaged by Banyan Real Estate Fund to devise resolution and monetization strategies for a diverse portfolio of distressed assets across India. Spanning SEZ land in Gurgaon, integrated townships in Indore and Mohali, and fragmented holdings in Jodhpur, Kolkata, and Udaipur, WRE addressed complex issues including stalled approvals, consumer claims, land use challenges, and partnership disputes—delivering phased development strategies, legal clarity, and value optimization across over 280 acres.

An 870,000 sq ft Grade A office campus, comprising three modern office blocks designed around a 1-acre landscaped central courtyard and a signature bean garden. The ground floor across the campus integrates retail and amenity spaces, enhancing tenant experience and activation.
The development combines efficient floorplates with a campus-style layout, offering a high-quality workplace environment in one of India’s most active office markets.

Westcourt provided asset management and development advisory services on behalf of Goldman Sachs’ Whitehall Funds for a portfolio of projects being developed by Vatika Group, one of North India’s leading real estate developers.
The portfolio included a range of hospitality, residential, and township developments across key growth corridors in Gurgaon and Jaipur. Notable assets include the Westin Hotel, Gurgaon—a flagship luxury hospitality development—and large-scale integrated townships such as Vatika India Next and Vatika Infotech City, combining plotted development, group housing, retail, and commercial components.
Westcourt’s mandate included oversight of project performance, strategic input on planning and phasing, and ensuring alignment between capital objectives and development execution.

World Financial Center
New York, USA
Located along the Hudson Riverfront and adjacent to the World Trade Center, the World Financial Center is an iconic 8 million sq ft commercial development in Lower Manhattan.
Westcourt senior team was part of Olympia & York’s core development team, with responsibilities spanning master planning, design coordination, and delivery oversight.

InterGlobe, Gurgaon

Westcourt Real Estate served as Development Advisor for the redevelopment and corporate interior fit-out of InterGlobe’s office facility in Gurgaon, encompassing approximately 5,000 square metres of built-up area.
The engagement included strategic input across project visioning, space planning, design coordination, contractor selection, and execution oversight. Westcourt worked closely with InterGlobe to ensure the delivery of a contemporary, efficient, and brand-aligned workplace that reflects the company’s emphasis on innovation, collaboration, and sustainability.

Torre Mayor is a landmark premium-grade office tower that redefined commercial real estate standards in Latin America, setting new benchmarks for scale, safety, and design.
Developed by Reichmann International, the project was led by Vinay Kapoor on their behalf.

The Westin Gurgaon
New Delhi, India
Located in the heart of Gurgaon’s commercial district, The Westin Gurgaon is a 230-key, five-star hotel that marked the launch of the Westin brand in India—Starwood’s (now Marriott) first independently flagged property in the country. With its contemporary design, wellness-focused hospitality, and elevated guest experiences, the hotel helped redefine the luxury hospitality landscape in the National Capital Region.
Westcourt served as the development advisor, leading the project from concept to completion. The team was responsible for assembling the full project delivery consortium—including architects, consultants, and contractors—and played a key role in identifying and securing Westin as the operating partner. The hotel remains a benchmark for design-led, brand-forward development in the region.

First India Place
Gurgaon, India
First India Place is a landmark commercial and retail development located on MG Road, Gurgaon’s premier high street and business corridor. Spanning ~200,000 sq ft, it was among the city’s first Grade-A developments, combining office spaces with prominent retail frontage.
Strategically positioned with direct metro access and high pedestrian visibility, the project played a key role in establishing Gurgaon as a modern commercial hub and continues to attract strong demand from occupiers and investors.

Milan, Italy
Westcourt’s senior team advised Goldman Sachs on the development of a 50-acre mixed-use site on the outskirts of Milan. The masterplan included commercial offices, retail spaces, and residential components—positioned to create a vibrant, integrated urban district.

A 500,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art IT Park developed in partnership with TCG India, located on a five-acre site in Salt Lake City, Kolkata. The project brought together cutting-edge infrastructure, flexible office spaces, and modern amenities to support the growing demands of the technology and services sector.

A proposed 1.1 million sq ft mixed-use development located in the heart of Masdar City, one of the world’s leading sustainable urban communities. The masterplan includes Grade A office space, a retail and lifestyle center, a 240-key hotel, and serviced residences, designed to support Masdar’s vision of a low-carbon innovation hub.
