Westcourt and its leadership team bring over three decades of global real estate experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects across Europe, North America, and Asia. The firm has worked closely with institutional capital partners such as Goldman Sachs (Whitehall Funds), Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing, and Cale Street Partners, providing development management, asset oversight, and strategic advisory services.

Key engagements include the Canary Wharf development in London, Torre Mayor in Mexico City, World Financial Center in New York, CityView in Bangalore, and Winthrop Center in Boston. Westcourt also serves as strategic advisor to Cale Street on MilanoSesto, Italy’s largest brownfield urban regeneration project. In the UK, the team advised Morgan Stanley on the repositioning and development strategy for Enderby Riverside and Cruise Port in Greenwich, unlocking new value through planning, design, and asset resolution.
