Part of the core team providing support to Projects Teams.

Qualifications

• The person needs to be MBA with finance specialization. Engineering / Architectural / Accounting backgrounds preferred
  
  

Background / Experience

• Worked with a developer or financial institution, credit rating companies, consulting, corporate planning functions with an understanding of real estate development including planning project management, marketing and operations
  
  

Skills Required

Technical

• Good software skills, especially MS Excel
• Ability to analyse data - not someone who just enters data - must have sound understanding of the business component of the task
• Ability to explain financial data and basis of reports clearly to individual investors, funding institutions, tax advisers and also the layperson
• Feasibility and strategy studies for the acquisition of land, buildings etc
• Marketing, sales and leasing

Personal

• Good communication skills
  
  

Reporting

• To the Vice-President and providing support to the Project Executives
  
  

Responsibilities

• Conducting investment analysis, which would include
  • Formulating the financial models
  • Preparing the investment memorandum
  • Analyzing market report
• Monitoring the investments
• Coordinating the due diligence activities
• Assisting in deal structuring and deal finalizing
• Assisting in raising debt from local institutions
• Cash flow preparation for funding purposes
• Preparation of funding packages and deal structuring
• Monthly and Board Report preparation and presentation
• Drafting of MoUs · Developing the business plan
• Marketing / Sales / Leasing - Developing marketing plan, marketing materials and coordination with sales forces
• Ensuring Due Diligence (leases, legal, documentation etc)
